Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 18-408, from Councilmember Riki Hokama, transmitting a proposed resolution entitled “AUTHORIZING THE COUNCIL CHAIR TO CONDUCT A FISCAL AUDIT OF THE USE, MANAGEMENT, AND EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC FUNDS RELATING TO THE LAHAINA BANYAN TREE.” The purpose of the proposed resolution is to authorize the Council Chair to conduct a fiscal audit of the use, management, and expenditure of public funds relating to the Lahaina Banyan Tree Park.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of the proposed resolution, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 18-408 and other related action.
