Description
The Committee is in receipt of General Communications 15-4 and 16-4, from Grant Chun, A&B Properties, Inc., submitting annual compliance reports for 2015 and 2016 in accordance with Condition 19 of Ordinance 3559 (2008), relating to a Change in Zoning for approximately 179 acres at Kahului, Maui, Hawaii, from Agricultural, M-2 Heavy Industrial, and R-1 Residential Districts to M-1 Light Industrial District (Conditional Zoning).
Status
The Committee may discuss the reports and the status of the project. The Committee may also consider the filing of General Communications 15-4 and 16-4 and other related action.
