Description
The Committee is in receipt of General Communications 15-6 and 16-7, from Grant Chun, A&B Properties, Inc., submitting annual compliance reports for 2015 and 2016 in accordance with Condition 3 of Ordinance 4146 (2014), relating to a Change in Zoning from Agricultural District to: 1) A-1 Apartment District (Conditional Zoning) for approximately 52.823 acres; 2) A-2 Apartment District (Conditional Zoning) for approximately 15.077 acres; 3) R-1 Residential District (Conditional Zoning) for approximately 25.031 acres; and 4) B-2 Community Business District (Conditional Zoning) for approximately 1.421 acres, at Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.
Status
The Committee may discuss the reports. The Committee may also consider the filing of General Communications 15-6 and 16-7 and other related action.
