Description
The Committee is in receipt of General Communications 15-7 and 16-6, from Kathryn S. Matayoshi, Superintendent, State Department of Education, submitting annual compliance reports for 2015 and 2016 in accordance with Condition 3 of Ordinance 4135 (2014), relating to a Change in Zoning for 77.182 acres in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, from Agricultural to P-1, Public/Quasi-Public (Conditional Zoning) for the proposed Kihei High School.
Status
The Committee may discuss the reports and the status of the proposed school. The Committee may also consider the filing of General Communications 15-7 and 16-6 and other related action.
