Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 16-183, from the Budget Director, transmitting a proposed bill entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2017 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI AS IT PERTAINS TO APPENDIX C - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, DEPARTMENT OF POLICE, COUNTYWIDE, COUNTYWIDE POLICE FACILITIES.” The purpose of the proposed bill is to amend Appendix C of the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget by adding a project for the Department of Police, Countywide, Countywide Police Facilities, for Improvements to the Wailuku Police Station Records and Evidence Room.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of the proposed bill on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 16-183 and other related action.
