Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 16-201, from the Director of Housing and Human Concerns, transmitting an update of fair market rental rates for Maui County from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Status
The Committee may discuss fair market rental rates for the County and their impact on the HUD Section 8 Housing voucher program, including the ability of voucher holders to be competitive in the current rental market. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 16-201 and other related action.
