Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. General Communication 15-8, from Sharon M. Suzuki, Maui Electric Company, Limited, transmitting the fifteenth annual status report in accordance with Condition 6 of Ordinance 2879 (2000), relating to a Change in Zoning for property situated at Pulehu Nui, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii.
2. General Communication 16-8, from Sharon M. Suzuki, Maui Electric Company, Limited, transmitting the sixteenth annual status report in accordance with Condition 6 of Ordinance 2879 (2000), relating to a Change in Zoning for property situated at Pulehu Nui, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii.
Status
The Committee may discuss the status reports. The Committee may also consider the filing of General Communications 15-8 and 16-8 and other related action.
