Title

MAKENA RESORT CHANGE IN ZONING COMPLIANCE WITH CONDITIONS RELATING TO ACCESS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION  (PC-2)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of the following:

1.                     County Communication 11-220, from former Council Chair Danny A. Mateo, transmitting correspondence dated August 11, 2011, from Isaac Hall, regarding Makena Resort’s failure to comply with Condition 32 of Ordinance 3613 (2009).

2.                     Correspondence dated February 8, 2012, from the Planning Director, transmitting maps showing Maluaka Beach and associated tax map keys, areas with PK-1 Neighborhood Park District and PK-4 Golf Course Park District zoning, and the area proposed by Makena ATC for park expansion.

 

Status

The Committee may discuss the status of compliance with conditions of zoning relating to access for parks and recreation for the Makena Resort Change in Zoning ordinance.  The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 11-220 and other related action.
