Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 16-216, from the Economic Development Director, transmitting a proposed resolution entitled “AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT FOR AN EXTENSION OF A GRANT OF A LICENSE OF COUNTY REAL PROPERTY FOR THE INSTALLATION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE QUICK CHARGERS AND LOCAL BATTERY UNITS.” The purpose of the proposed resolution is to authorize an amendment for an extension of a grant of a license of County real property for the installation, operation, and maintenance of electric vehicle quick chargers and local battery units to March 31, 2018.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of the proposed resolution, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 16-216 and other related action.
