AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2017 BUDGET: APPENDIX C - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS (BF-109)
Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 16-214, from the Budget Director, transmitting a proposed bill entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2017 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI AS IT PERTAINS TO APPENDIX C - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE, DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND HUMAN CONCERNS, DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT, DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, DEPARTMENT OF POLICE, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.” The purpose of the proposed bill is to amend Appendix C of the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget to clarify the project descriptions provided for each Capital Improvement Project. The design phase shall include, but is not limited to, permitting, site plan fees, Disability and Communications Board Fees, or other fees, which may be incurred at any phase throughout the project.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of the proposed bill on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 16-214 and other related action.
