AMENDMENTS TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2017 BUDGET TO AUTHORIZE TRANSFERS RELATING TO CATEGORIES OF USE BUT WITHIN A PROGRAM OR DEPARTMENT (DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION) (BF-121(2))
Description
The Committee is in receipt of correspondence, dated September 6, 2016, from the Budget Director, transmitting a proposed resolution entitled “AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF AN UNENCUMBERED APPROPRIATION BALANCE WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, FISCAL YEAR 2017 BUDGET.” The purpose of the proposed resolution is to amend the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget within the Department of Parks and Recreation by: (1) transferring $20,400 from the Parks Program, Category B (Operations) to Category C (Equipment); and (2) transferring $20,000 from the Recreation and Support Services Program, Category B (Operations) to Category C (Equipment).
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of the proposed resolution, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider other related action.
