1.                     FIRST READING of bill to grant a request from A&B Properties, Inc. for a Community Plan Amendment from Agricultural to Waiale Project District South for 122.6 acres situated at the corner of Kuihelani Highway and East Waiko Road, Waikapu, Maui, Hawaii, and identified for real property tax purposes as tax map keys (2) 3-8-005:037 and a portion of (2) 3-8-005:040 to facilitate the development of a master-planned residential community of up to 950 single-family and multifamily homes, with parks, open space, and commercial uses;
