Description
The Committee is in receipt of a Miscellaneous Communication, dated October 21, 2016, from the County Clerk, relating to Contract C5530, Amendment 4, between the County of Maui and Rojac Construction, Inc., executed on August 15, 2016, to increase total, as stated in the contract, by $1,220,790, for a total not to exceed contract amount of $3,680,790, for furnishing and delivery of cover material to the Central Maui Landfill.
Status
The Committee may discuss the matter. No legislative action will be taken.
