Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. Miscellaneous Communication, dated September 7, 2018, from the County Clerk, referring Contract C6552 for professional services between the County of Maui and ACM Consultants Inc., for an appraisal of Wailuku Water Company, Inc. for the Office of the Mayor - Budget Office (Job DWSP 2907-509, RFP 17-18/P-104).
2. Correspondence dated October 10, 2018, from Mayor Alan Arakawa, transmitting the following:
a. A proposed resolution entitled "AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN WAILUKU, MAUI, HAWAII FROM WAILUKU WATER COMPANY, LLC."
