Description
The Committee is in receipt of General Communication 17-6, from Kathryn S. Matayoshi, Superintendent, State Department of Education, transmitting an annual compliance report as required by Condition 3 of Ordinance 4135, granting P-1 Public/Quasi-Public District zoning for 77.182 acres identified for real property tax purposes as tax map key (2) 2-2-002:081, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, for the Kihei High School project.
Status
The Committee may discuss the compliance report and receive input from a representative of the State Department of Education on the status of the project and compliance with the conditions of zoning. The Committee may also consider the filing of General Communication 17-6 and other related action.
