COMPLIANCE REPORT REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE 4146, RELATING TO THE KIHEI RESIDENTIAL PROJECT (KIHEI)  (LU-41)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of General Communication 17-7, from Grant Y. M. Chun, Vice President, A & B Properties Hawaii, LLC, transmitting an annual compliance report as required by Condition 3 of Ordinance 4146, granting  A-1 Apartment District zoning for approximately 52.823 acres identified for real property tax purposes as portions of tax map keys (2) 3-8-004:002 and 022; A-2 Apartment District zoning for approximately 15.077 acres identified for real property tax purposes as portions of tax map keys (2) 3-8-004:002 and 030; R-1 Residential District zoning for approximately 25.031 acres identified for real property tax purposes as portions of tax map keys (2) 3-8-004:002 and 030; and B-2 Community Business District zoning for approximately 1.421 acres identified for real property tax purposes as a portion of tax map key (2) 3-8-004:030, in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, for the Kihei Residential Project. 

 

Status

The Committee may discuss the compliance report and receive input from one or more representatives of A & B Properties Hawaii, LLC on the status of the project and compliance with the conditions of zoning.  The Committee may also consider the filing of General Communication 17-7 and other related action.
