AMENDMENTS TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2018 BUDGET TO AUTHORIZE TRANSFERS RELATING TO CATEGORIES OF USE WITHIN A PROGRAM OR DEPARTMENT (DEPARTMENT OF WATER SUPPLY) (BF-62(13))
Description
The Committee is in receipt of correspondence, dated May 8, 2018, from the Budget Director, transmitting a proposed resolution entitled “AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF AN UNENCUMBERED APPROPRIATION BALANCE WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER SUPPLY, FISCAL YEAR 2018 BUDGET.” The purpose of the proposed resolution is to amend the Fiscal Year 2018 Budget within the Department of Water Supply by transferring $55,000 from the Water Operations Program, Category B (Operation) to Category C (Equipment) for the purchase of a replacement vehicle deemed a total loss because of an accident.
