DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOTS IN WAILUKU COUNTRY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, TAX MAP KEY (2) 3-3-017:189; AND A GRANT OF NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS OVER WAIHEE DITCH, TAX MAP KEY (2) 3-3-017:186 (IEM-66)
Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. County Communication 18-150, from the Director of Public Works, transmitting the following:
a. A proposed resolution entitled “ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOTS FOR THE WAILUKU COUNTRY ESTATES SUBDIVISION SITUATED IN WAILUKU, MAUI, HAWAII PURSUANT TO SECTION 3.44.015, MAUI COUNTY CODE.” The purpose of the proposed resolution is to accept a dedication from CGM, LLC, a dissolved Hawaii limited liability company, for 19 roadway lots located within the Wailuku Country Estates Subdivision, identified for real property tax purposes as tax map key (2) 3-3-017:189.
b. A proposed resolution to accept a grant of non-exclusive easements from Wailuku Water Company, LLC, over portions of Waihee Ditch.
2. Correspondence dated September 19, 2018, to the Department of the Corporation Counsel, transmitting a revised proposed resolution entitled “ACCEPTING THE GRANT OF NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENTS SITUATED IN WAILUKU, MAUI, HAWAII, OVER WAIHEE DITCH, PURSUANT TO SECTION 3.44.015, MAUI COUNTY CODE.” The revised proposed resolution corrects the tax map key number referenced in Exhibit “1” to the parcel identified for real property tax purposes as tax map key (2) 3-3-017:186, incorporates the size of the proposed easements, and incorporates nonsubstantive revisions.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of the proposed resolution referenced in paragraph 1(a) and the revised proposed resolution referenced in paragraph 2, with or without further revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 18-150 and other related action.
