Title

FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS PROGRAM  (HHT-24)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of the following:

1.                     County Communication 17-291, from Councilmember Stacy Crivello, relating to the First-Time Homebuyers Program.

2.                     Correspondence dated September 27, 2018, to the Department of the Corporation Counsel, transmitting a revised proposed resolution entitled “APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2019 FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS PROGRAM.”  The purpose of the revised proposed resolution is to approve the First-Time Home Buyer’s Down Payment Assistance Program and Program Guidelines.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of the revised proposed resolution, with or without further revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 17-291 and other related action.
