Recommending the following:
1. FIRST READING of bill granting a request from Legacy Wailuku LLC for a State Land Use District Boundary Amendment from Agricultural District to Urban District (Conditional Boundary Amendment) for 14.416 acres identified for real property tax purposes as tax map key (2) 3-5-001:064, to facilitate the development of a Chapter 201H, Hawaii Revised Statutes, project referred to as the Wailuku Apartment Rental Housing Project;
2. RECORDATION of the unilateral agreement; and
3. FILING of communication.
