AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2019 BUDGET: PLAN REVIEW, PROCESSING, AND INSPECTION REVOLVING FUND (FIRE) (EDB-19)
Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 19-16, from the Budget Director, transmitting a proposed bill entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2019 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI AS IT PERTAINS TO PART II, SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUES - SCHEDULE OF REVOLVING/SPECIAL FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019, PLAN REVIEW, PROCESSING, AND INSPECTION REVOLVING FUND (FIRE).” The purpose of the proposed bill is to amend Appendix A, Part II, Special Purpose Revenues - Schedule of Revolving/Special Funds for the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget, by adjusting the appropriations for operations or services and equipment under the Plan Review, Processing, and Inspection Revolving Fund (Fire), for the purchase of a fire extinguisher trainer and to replace malfunctioning equipment for the Keiki ID Program.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of the proposed bill on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 19-16 and other related action.
