AMENDING SECTION 14.13.050, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO DEADLINE FOR RESPONSE TO UPCOUNTRY WATER METER OFFER (WAI-25)
Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. County Communication 18-416, from the Director of Water Supply, transmitting a proposed bill to extend the time applicants are given to reserve an allocation of water service from thirty to sixty days.
2. Correspondence dated February 4, 2019, from the Chair of the Committee, transmitting a revised proposed bill entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.13.050, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO DEADLINE FOR RESPONSE TO UPCOUNTRY WATER METER OFFER.” The purpose of the revised proposed bill is to extend the time applicants are given to reserve an allocation of water service from thirty to sixty days.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of the revised proposed bill on first reading, with or without further revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 18-416 and other related action.
