ANNUAL STATUS REPORT ON IMPLEMENTATION OF COUNTYWIDE POLICY PLAN AND MAUI ISLAND PLAN (PSLU-3)
Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. County Communication 18-74, from the Planning Director, transmitting the Director’s 2017 report on the status of implementation of the Countywide Policy Plan and the Maui Island Plan, pursuant to Section 8-8.5 of the Revised Charter of the County of Maui (1983), as amended, and Section 2.80B.030, Maui County Code.
2. County Communication 19-66, from the Planning Director, transmitting the Director’s 2018 report on the status of implementation of the Countywide Policy Plan and the Maui Island Plan, pursuant to Section 8-8.5 of the Revised Charter of the County of Maui (1983), as amended, and Section 2.80B.030, Maui County Code.
Status
The Committee may discuss the annual status reports and progress in implementing and enforcing the plans. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communications 18-74 and 19-66 and other related action.
