Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. County Communication 19-159, from Councilmember Keani N.W. Rawlins-Fernandez, transmitting a proposed resolution to authorize the Council Chair to conduct a fiscal and performance review of the use, management, and expenditure of public funds for Anaergia Services LLC-related projects.
2. Correspondence dated April 23, 2019, from the Department of the Corporation Counsel, transmitting a revised proposed resolution entitled “AUTHORIZING THE COUNCIL CHAIR TO CONDUCT A FISCAL AND PERFORMANCE REVIEW OF THE USE, MANAGEMENT, AND EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC FUNDS FOR ANAERGIA SERVICES LLC-RELATED PROJECTS.” The purpose of the revised proposed resolution is to authorize the Council Chair to conduct a fiscal and performance review of the use, management, and expenditure of public funds for Anaergia Services LLC-Related Projects.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of the revised proposed resolution, with or without further revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 19-159 Communication and other related action.
