AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2020 BUDGET: DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION (MAYOR HANNIBAL TAVARES COMMUNITY CENTER IMPROVEMENTS) (EDB-58)
Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 19-421, from the Budget Director, transmitting a proposed bill entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2020 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI AS IT PERTAINS TO APPENDIX C - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION (HANNIBAL TAVARES COMMUNITY CENTER IMPROVEMENTS).” The purpose of the proposed bill is amend the Fiscal Year 2020 Budget, Appendix C, Capital Improvement Projects, by revising the project description for the Hannibal Tavares Community Center Improvements project to include design and construction of improvements to the lower level office space of the community center.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of the proposed bill on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 19-421 and other related action.
