Description
In accordance with Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee anticipates receiving presentations from the Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Parks and Recreation on the role of County facilities and parks during and after natural disasters associated with climate change, including more frequent and intense storms.
Status
The Committee may receive presentations from the Emergency Management Agency and the Department of Parks and Recreation and discuss related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
