AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2020 BUDGET: ALARM SYSTEM REVOLVING FUND (EDB-64)
Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 19-518, from the Budget Director, transmitting a proposed bill entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2020 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI AS IT PERTAINS TO PART II, SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUES - SCHEDULE OF REVOLVING/SPECIAL FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020, ALARM SYSTEM REVOLVING FUND.” The purpose of the proposed bill is to amend Appendix A, Part II, Schedule of Revolving/Special Funds, Fiscal Year 2020 Budget, by revising proviso 1 under the Alarm System Revolving Fund by increasing the amount for contractual services for alarm system registrations by $45,000.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of the proposed bill on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 19-518 and other related action.
