STATUS OF GRANTS UNDER DEPARTMENT OF WATER SUPPLY AND BENCHMARKS FOR GRANTEE PERFORMANCE (WIT-13)
Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. Miscellaneous Communication, dated May 22, 2017, from the County Clerk, reporting that on May 19, 2017, the Council referred the matter relating to the status of grants under the Department of Water Supply and benchmarks for grantee performance.
2. Correspondence dated August 29, 2019, from the Director of Water Supply, transmitting the Department of Water Supply’s Watershed Protection Grants Program Report for Fiscal Year 2019, as required by Subsection 3.36.120(B), Maui County Code.
Status
The Committee may discuss the status, performance, and administration of grants under the Department of Water Supply for Fiscal Years 2019 and 2020. The Committee may also consider the filing of the Miscellaneous Communication and other related action.
