The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 20-169, from the Director of Housing and Human Concerns, transmitting the Department’s Affordable Housing Fund Plan.
Status
The Committee may receive a presentation from the Department of Housing and Human Concerns on projects in the Affordable Housing Fund Plan, including the proposed Hale O Piikea project, and may discuss the matter. Hale O Piikea is a 90-unit, multi-family rental housing project proposed by the Hawaiian Community Development Board for development at Piikea Avenue and Liloa Drive in Kihei. No legislative action will be taken.
