4. FIRST READING of bill to reauthorize the use of $1,577,679 in lapsed bond proceeds for the Department of Management, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, Government Facilities, New County Service Center project;
5. FIRST READING of bill to authorize the Mayor to enter into an intergovernmental agreement to finance various wastewater projects, with funds not to exceed $13,000,000;
6. FIRST READING of bill to amend Sections 3.55.020 and 3.55.040, Maui County Code, relating to disposal of vehicles and the Environmental Protection and Sustainability Fund;
7. FIRST READING of bill to add a new Chapter 3.27, Maui County Code, relating to a Vehicle Disposal Fee Fund;

14. ADOPTION of resolution relating to fuel tax rates for the County of Maui, effective July 1, 2020;

17. FILING of County Communication 20-229.
With reference to this agenda item, one or more executive meetings are anticipated pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, to consult with legal counsel on questions and issues pertaining to the powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities of the County, the Council, and the Committee.
