Title

KULA RIDGE AFFORDABLE HOUSING SUBDIVISION  (AH-30)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 19-424, from the Director of Housing and Human Concerns, transmitting a status update on the Kula Ridge Affordable Housing Subdivision, in accordance with Modification 13 of Resolution 10-57.  The project was approved for development under Section 201H-38, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and consists of 57 market price lots and 59 affordable housing units for qualified households earning at or below 140 percent AMI.  The project is to be developed on approximately 48 acres in Waiakoa, Kula, Maui, Hawaii, identified for real property tax purposes as tax map keys (2) 2-3-001:023 and 174.

 

Status

The Committee may receive a presentation from the developer, Kula Ridge LLC, and may discuss the matter.  No legislative action will be taken.
