Description
The Committee is in receipt correspondence dated June 18, 2020 from the Director of Housing and Human Concerns, transmitting a proposed resolution entitled “AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 18-150 TO ALLOW THE DIRECTOR OF HOUSING AND HUMAN CONCERNS TO EXTEND TIME DEADLINES FOR COMMENCEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF THE AFFORDABLE WORKFORCE HOUSING PROJECT BY WAIKAPU DEVELOPMENT VENTURE LLC.” The purpose of the proposed resolution is to authorize the Director of Housing and Human concerns to extend the deadlines for starting and completing construction of the Waikapu Development Venture Workforce Housing Project due to unexpected delays.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of the proposed resolution, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of the Miscellaneous Communication and other related action.
