Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 20-416, from the Budget Director, transmitting a proposed bill entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3.27, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO A VEHICLE DISPOSAL FEE FUND.” The purpose of the proposed bill is to amend Section 3.27.030(B), Maui County Code, relating to deposits to the fund and use, to reference Section 3.27.020 of the Code.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of the proposed bill on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider whether to recommend the filing of County Communication 20-416 and other related action.
