Description
In accordance with Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive a presentation and discuss matters relating to the impaired status of Mā‘alaea Bay.
Status
The Committee may receive presentations from Robin Knox, President, Water Quality Consulting, Inc.; representatives from Wastewater Alternatives & Initiatives; Amy Hodges, Program Manager, Maui Nui Marine Resource Council; and Michael Reyes, Senior Ecologist and Principal, Maui Environmental Consulting, LLC. The Committee may also hear from the Department of Environmental Management and the Office of the Mayor and discuss related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
