2. ADOPTION of resolution approving the appointments of Scott Parker (Reappoint) and Steven Sturdevant to the Board of Ethics for terms beginning on April 1, 2021, and expiring on March 31, 2026;
3. ADOPTION of resolution approving the appointment of Charlene Shibuya to the Board of Variances and Appeals for a term beginning on April 1, 2021, and expiring on March 31, 2026, and disapproving the appointment of Luigi Manera;
