SEWERLINE EASEMENT FOR THE KAIAULU O KŪKU‘IA AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT (LAHAINA) (IT-51)
Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 21-155, from the Director of Environmental Management, transmitting a proposed resolution entitled “APPROVING THE GRANT OF A SEWERLINE EASEMENT LOCATED AT KAPUNAKEA STREET, LAHAINA, TMK (2) 4-5-035:037, RELATED TO THE KAIAULU O KŪKU‘IA AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT.” The purpose of the proposed resolution is to grant a sewerline easement to A0703 West Maui, L.P., a Hawaii limited partnership, to allow connection of its affordable housing project, Kaiaulu O Kūku‘ia, to the County’s sewer system in Kapunakea Street, Lahaina.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of the proposed resolution, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 21-155, and other related action.
