The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 20-459, from Council Chair Alice L. Lee, relating to suggestions by HALE Hawai‘i, a grassroots organization whose focus is to help Hawai‘i’s people and its leaders to keep Hawai‘i safe from COVID-19.
