Description
In accordance with Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee may receive a presentation relating to the acquisition of Wailuku Water Company’s system.
Status
The Committee may receive an update from the Department of Water Supply and the Managing Director relating to the acquisition of Wailuku Water Company’s system. No legislative action will be taken.
