Description
In accordance with Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee may receive a presentation and discuss matters relating to Nā Wai ʻEhā streams.
Status
The Committee may receive a presentation from Hōkūao Pellegrino, President of Hui o Nā Wai ‘Ehā; and discuss matters relating to the Nā Wai ʻEhā Decision and Order as it pertains to water usage, including for cultural use and water for agriculture. The committee may also discuss related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
