Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. County Communication 21-363, from Councilmember Tamara Paltin, relating to a proposed resolution supporting the undivided interest awards policy of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands’ Homesteading Program.
2. Miscellaneous Communication, dated July 29, 2021, from the County Clerk, transmitting a copy of Resolution 21-115, adopted July 23, 2021, entitled “SUPPORTING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST AWARDS POLICY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS’ HOMESTEADING PROGRAM.”
Status
The Committee may receive a presentation from the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands and discuss the matter. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 21-363 and other related action.
