Description
The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 22-23 entitled “AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSITION BY SEALED BID COUNTY OWNED SANDHILLS ESTATES LOTS 22, 74 AND 76, IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEY NOS. (2) 3-8-089:022, 074 AND 076, SITUATED IN WAILUKU, MAUI, HAWAII, PURSUANT TO SECTION 3.44.030, MAUI COUNTY CODE.” Resolution 22-23’s purpose is to authorize the disposition by sealed bid of County-owned Sandhills Estates Lots 22, 74, and 76, identified as tax map key numbers (2) 3-8-089:022, 074 and 076, situated in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, in accordance with Section 3.44.030, Maui County Code, and appraised at $307,439, $378,566, and $379,494, respectively.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 22-23, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider whether to recommend the filing of Resolution 22-23 and other related action.
