Description
The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 22-110, entitled “AUTHORIZING DISTRIBUTION OF COVID-19 SUPPLIES TO THE PUBLIC, PUBLIC HEALTH AGENCIES, MEDICAL PROVIDERS AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.” Resolution 22-110’s purpose is to approve the donation of COVID-19 goods to the public, public health agencies, medical providers and non-profit organizations on an as-needed or periodic basis through December 31, 2022.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 22-110, with or without further revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 22-110, and other related action.
