INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT AND JOBS ACT (IT-1(5))
Description
In accordance with Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive an update on County infrastructure projects earmarked for funding by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021, commonly referred to as the “Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill.”
Status
The Committee may receive a status update from the Department of Management on proposed County infrastructure projects under the Department of Public Works, Department of Transportation, and Maui Metropolitan Planning Organization that are earmarked for funding by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill and discuss related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
