Title

ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT ON THE CONDITIONS OF ZONING FOR MAKENA RESORT AREA (ORDINANCE 3613)  (PSLU-54(6))

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of the following:

1.                     General Communication 22-1, dated January 5, 2022, from Bryan Esmeralda, Munekiyo Hiraga, on behalf of Makena Golf & Beach Club Owners, transmitting a copy of the “Annual Compliance Report - CHANGE IN ZONING CONDITIONS FOR MAKENA RESORT AREA,” in accordance with Condition 22 of Ordinance 3613.

2.                     General Communication 22-2, dated January 5, 2022, from Yukino Uchiyama, Munekiyo Hiraga, on behalf of H2R, LLC, transmitting a copy of the “Change in Zoning Annual Compliance Report for PARCEL H-2 (LOT 19),” in accordance with Condition 22 of Ordinance 3613.

 

Status

The Committee may discuss the annual compliance reports for Makena Resort Area and Parcel H-2 (Lot 19) and other related matters.  No legislative action will be taken.
