Description
The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 22-104, entitled “AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF JAMIE BECRAFT V. COUNTY OF MAUI, DISABILITY COMPENSATION DIVISION CASE NO. 7-09-00849.” Resolution 22-104’s purpose is to authorize settlement of the Workers’ Compensation Claim. The claim alleges work-related injuries sustained on April 4, 2009.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 22-104, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 22-104 and other related action.
