The Committee is in receipt of a Miscellaneous Communication, dated October 24, 2022, from the County Clerk, transmitting Amendment 2 to Contract C7436, between the County of Maui and Lotus Engineering and Sustainability, LLC relating to the County of Maui Joint Climate Action and Resiliency Plan.
Status
The Committee may receive an update from the Office of the Mayor, Office of Climate Change, Resiliency, and Sustainability regarding the status of the contract and discuss related matters. The Committee may also consider the filing of the Miscellaneous Communication and other related action.
