ADOPTING THE RULES OF THE COUNCIL
The Council may consider adopting a set of procedural rules for its governance, including rules relating to the following: duties of Council Chair, County Clerk, and Director of Council Services; voting and recording of votes; deadline for agenda of regular meetings of the Council; order of business; procedures relating to rules; rules of procedure; testimony; resource persons; distribution of written materials; nonsubstantive revisions; referral or other disposal of bills and resolutions; and conduct relating to public meetings.
