Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. Resolution 23-33, entitled “AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM NO. 4077629 OF RHONDA HAMASAKI.” Resolution 23-33’s purpose is to authorize settlement of the claim, filed on June 29, 2022, in the amount of $62,139.16. The claim alleges damages to the claimant’s property located at 1582 Mill Street, Wailuku, Maui, Hawai‘i, resulting from a water main break.
2. Correspondence dated December 21, 2022, from the Department of the Corporation Counsel, with a copy of the claim.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 23-33, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 23-33 and other related action.
