The Committee is in receipt of Bill 197 (2022), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.82.050, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO GREENPRINT.” Bill 197’s purpose is to amend Section 2.82.050, Maui County Code, to extend the deadline for the Conservation Planning Committee to adopt and submit the greenprint to the Council to December 31, 2024.
Status
The Committee may receive a presentation about greenprinting and consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 197 (2022) on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 197 (2022) and other related action.
