Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. Resolution 22-212, entitled “AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM NO. 4067712 OF PAULINE TIU.” Resolution 22-212’s purpose is to authorize settlement of the claim, filed on December 8, 2020, in the amount of $34,837.53. The claim alleges damages to the claimant’s property located at 237 West Papa Avenue, Kahului, Maui, Hawai‘i, resulting from a sewage overflow.
2. Correspondence dated September 9, 2022, from the Department of the Corporation Counsel, requesting consideration of Resolution 22-212.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 22-212, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 22-212 and other related action.
